RBBI Program Cooperation
This program aims to jointly establish a Special Purpose Company (SPC) in Korea between the project-owning company or mining owners and NEOMAC HOLDINGS, with the purpose of attracting investors from Asia and around the world, developing projects, managing investors, and effectively advancing mining and resource development initiatives in Africa and ASIA — including projects in African & Asia countries.
The purpose of this program is not merely to engage in the trading of gold or other mineral commodities. Rather, it aims to utilize precious metals—which can be used as initial capital contributions even in small quantities—from natural resources distributed across countries such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Cameroon, Zambia, Tanzania, Iran, Morocco, South Africa, and other African countries. Through NEOMAC’s RBBI (Resource Barter Business Incubation) program, participating companies can build a foundation for stable business in their respective countries
